Intro Tai Chi Lesson
Join us for an introduction lesson at our Vauxhall Tai Chi school!
Open to everyone, regardless of experience level. It's a perfect way to explore body opening, grounding techniques, forms and releasing tension.
Book in through the link below and head down to either of the Tuesday or Thursday classes.

BUILDING ENTRANCE
We hold our classes in The Bourne Academy in Wyvil Primary School. The entrance is located through the gate below, just buzz the reception and the ground staff will let you in.
