About Lesson.

Our sessions dive into the martial foundations of Tai Chi — developing internal power, structure, and precision through traditional forms and body conditioning. You’ll learn how to create space and control under pressure, using movement to sharpen awareness and cultivate calm focus.  These classes are ideal for anyone looking to build strength from the inside out, improve timing and balance, and connect mind and body in a martial context.  Join us every Tuesday and Thursday evening.

What happens in a session?

  • Body opening exercises – Build joint mobility and structure for efficient, powerful movement.

​

  • Grounding drills – Learn to release tension and develop rooted, stable posture.

​

  • Tai Chi training – Coordinate upper and lower body for smooth, integrated martial movement.

​

  • Qi Gong breathing exercises, focusing on removing blockages within the breath. Allowing the breath to reside lower in the body.
