About Lesson.

Join us this week in Vauxhall! Sessions focus on creating space in both mind and body through traditional Tai Chi movements and body opening exercises. The aim is to help you feel calmer, more grounded, and mentally clear — with benefits that carry into your work and life.

 

It’s a simple, effective way to reduce tension, improve focus, and build connection with yourself and others. Sessions are held every Tuesday and Thursday evening

What happens in a session?

  • Body Opening exercises, creating space physically & mentally.

​

  • Grounding exercises, learning how to release tension through the body, this will help create a sense of calm and stability.

​

  • Tai Chi exercises developing harmony between mind and body, and coordination of the upper and lower body.

​

  • Qi Gong breathing exercises, focusing on removing blockages within the breath. Allowing the breath to reside lower in the body.
